Twin City Hybrid is dedicated to providing the highest quality service for hybrid, non-hybrid, and alternative fuel vehicles both on-site and at the service facility. Twin City Hybrid offers plug-in hybrid conversions, hybrid modifications, alternative fuel conversions and services, bio-Diesel conversions and services, and on-site Hybrid Electric Vehicle diagnostics and computer flashing.
Twin City Hybrid also provides many non-hybrid services. By providing the manufacture supported repair methods and suggested maintanence schedule, a vehicle can last for many years. It is the job of the repair facility to help educate the owner and help them make decisions that are sound, justified, economical, and smart.
As a company we are dedicated to servicing all vehicles. We feel that all vehicles - hybrid, alternative fuel, Diesel, electric, and gasoline deserve the highest quality service, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair. Along with a high regard for vehicles that environmentally and economically sound and help drive down our dependance on petroleum, Twin City Hybrid is committed to running a business that does the same. That’s why we recycle everything, when possible use environmentally safe and more natrual products, use less paper and electricity, buy local products, maintain a safe working faciltiy, reduce operating costs, and use some of the profits to donate to others who are less fortunate. Owning a hybrid does help our environment, but not owning one doesn’t mean the opposite. Keeping your vehicle maintained properly and not selling it to get a new one helps keep landfills and junkyards from filling up, and it reduces the amount of energy used to produce a new vehicle (which is significant).
Myself, as a technician and business owner, invest heavily into the proper tools and equipment that are required to provide high quality service. I am always advancing my education and training to stay on top of new technologies and methods of service. I pledge to treat my customers with respect and operate my company with a high code of ethics and integrity.
